OUR PIGS

We raise our Tamworth-Berkshire cross pigs as well as other heritage breeds on pasture, hay, and non gmo grain grown and milled in Connecticut. We raise our animals the old fashion way, which allows them to humanely grow the natural way. 

OUR FARM

Our grandparents settled on this 200 acre farm along the Hop River in Andover and Coventry, and started a homestead right after World War II. Throughout the years land was sold to another farm, given to family members, added to Nathan Hale State Forest, and sadly forcefully taken through eminent domain by the Department of Transportation. My brother and I reacquired 40 acres of it in 2010 with the intention of preserving farmland and woodland in Eastern Connecticut. With the help of our families we maintain a total of 60 acres of pasture and forest.

ORDER 
Individual cuts can be purchased at farm, at the Willimantic Food CO-OP, or at Coventry Farmer's Market. At times hogs can be sold whole or half.
