OUR PIGS
At Proctor-Hall Farm we raise our pigs with the guiding principle and mission to provide affordable, high-quality, locally and humanely raised meat. We source our piglets from other small farmers in Connecticut. Our pigs are raised on a combination of pasture, grain, and fresh well water.
PHILOSOPHY
Proctor-Hall Farm was founded in 2013 by the Warren brothers Scott and Daniel with the commitment to preserving the agricultural heritage of Eastern Connecticut and stemming the tide of residential suburban sprawl. As property owners and members of the community, we take our obligation of land stewardship seriously, and it is reflected in our work. The farm name bears each of the brothers ancestral middle names.
ORDER
Whole and half pigs are available through our business relationship with E&J Farm in Windham, CT (custom slaughtering and processing.
Individual cuts of pork can be ordered directly through Proctor-Hall Farm. We work with fellow Nutmeggers J. Lattella & Sons and Barretta Provision to provide USDA-inspected cuts.
